This policy applies only to information we collect:

- When you interact with our advertising and applications (including mobile apps) on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this policy.
It does not apply to information collected by:
- Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries) that does not link to this policy; or
- Any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Services.

Children’s and Minors’ Data
Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from, children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 18 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

For example, we may aggregate personal data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Services feature.

From Business Partners and Service Providers

Your Rights and Choices About Your Information

Advertising, marketing, cookies, and other tracking technologies choices:
- Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies.You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or other tracking technology files, or to alert you when these files are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or similar tracking files, some Services features may be inaccessible or not function properly. - Location Data. You can choose whether or not to allow the Services to collect and use real-time information about your device’s location through the device’s privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some Services features may become inaccessible or not function properly.
Your State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state or country of residency, you may have certain rights related to your personal data, including:
- Access and Data Portability. Confirm whether we process your personal data and access a copy of the personal data we process. To the extent feasible and required by state law, depending on your state, data will be provided in a portable format. • Retain any personal information about you that was collected for a single one-time transaction if, in the ordinary course of business, that information about you is not retained; • Reidentify or otherwise link any data that, in the ordinary course of business, is not maintained in a manner that would be considered personal information; or • Provide the personal information to you more than twice in a 12-month period. |
Disclosure of Personal Information Sold, Shared, or Disclosed for a Business Purpose | We do not sell any personal information to any third party. In connection with any personal information we may share or disclose to a third party for a business purpose, you have the right to know:

Right to Deletion | Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

How to Exercise Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

Please note that you may only make a CCPA/CPRA-related data access or data portability disclosure request twice within a 12-month period.
If you choose to contact us, you will need to provide us with:
- Enough information to identify you (e.g., your full name, address and customer or matter reference number);
- Proof of your identity and address (e.g., a copy of your driver’s license or passport and a recent utility or credit card bill); and
- A description of what right you want to exercise and the information to which your request relates.
We are not obligated to make a data access or data portability disclosure if we cannot verify that the person making the request is the person about whom we collected information or is someone authorized to act on such person’s behalf.
Any personal information we collect from you to verify your identity in connection with your request will be used solely for the purposes of verification.
California’s Shine the Light Law
In addition to the CCPA/CPRA, California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits users that are residents of California to request the following information regarding our disclosure of your Personal Data to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes: (i) a list of certain categories of Personal Data that we have disclosed to certain third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year; (ii) the identity of certain third parties that received Personal Data from us for their direct marketing purposes during that calendar year; and (iii) where the nature of the third parties’ business is not reasonably determinable, examples of the products or services marketed (if we have that information) . “Do Not Track” Policy as Required by California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”)
The Services do not respond to or support Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals.
Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable DNT by visiting the preferences or settings page of your web browser.
